Petition of William Quint & al & report thereon - - of John McLean & als & report thereon - - of Inhabitants of Albion - all taken from the last years files of the Senate, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of Parishes for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Reports on the petitions of Joshua Young & als - " " of Isaac Pope & al - " " of the town of Temple - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted, for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report of the committee on the Order requiring them to revise the laws for the support of the poor so far as to provide for the sale of the real estate of a married woman for her support when she may be chargeable as a pauper, that such provision would be inexpedient, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence, and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of William Frost & als, granting leave for a Bill, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report of the joint committee to whom was referred the Treasurers annual Report, was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to alter the fall term of the Court of Sessions in Oxford County was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the committee on the Judiciary to inquire what number of copies of the fourth volume of Greenleaf Reports it is expedient to purchase for the use of the State and to provide for a proper disposition of the same - and the House concurred.
