Mr. Emery from the Committee reported Bill in addition to an Act to regulate the Manufacture and inspection of Stone Lime and Lime Casks, and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed, sent down for concurrence

[Bill School District in Eastport]

Mr Kavanagh from the Committee reported Bill authorizing, the South School District in the town of Eastport to borrow money and the same was amended, and the question "shall this Bill now pass to be engrossed." was decided in the negative by yeas and nays, which were ordered & stood as follows
