Mr. Miller from the Committee on Parishes &c on the petition of Ephraim Small and others, reported Bill incorporate the Abyssinian Society and the same was once read & a second reading refused. Mr. Megguin gave, notice that on Friday next at 11 oclock in the forenoon, he should move for a reconsideration of this vote, (Members present 20)

On motion by Mr. Hathaway, ordered that after this day the Senate will hereafter hold two sessions daily commencing at 1/2 past 9 oclock in the forenoon and 1/2 past 2 oclock in the afternoon
