[Order opening a road on States Land] On motion by Mr Cutler Ordered that the Committee on internal improvements be instructed to inquire into the expediency of laying out and opening a road from the south line of township No. three in the third Range of townships west of Binghams Kennebec Purchase across the states Land to Canada line with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise, Sent down for concurrence concurred
