47 On motion by Mr Hathaway Ordered that the standing Rule providing 10 oclock for the meeting of the Senate on Mon- day mornings, and that 11 oclock be the hour of meeting in future and a message was sent informing the House thereof. On motion by Mr. Megquier Ordered that the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire whether any further provisions are necessary additional to the provisions of the existing Laws respecting possessing titles to Real estate with leave to report by bill or otherwise.
