[main body] Mr Dennett from the Committee to examine & report on the return of votes for Senators in the se veral Districts of this State reported that in the District of York the whole number of votes returned according to the provision of the Constitution is 3995 Necessary to constitute an election 1998 Mark Dennet has 2313 Moses Sweat has 2345 Isaac Emery has 2091 and are elected in the District of Cumberland the whole number of votes returned agreeably to the provisions of the Con stitution is 3313 Necessary to constitute an election 1657 Robert P. Dunlap has 1923 John L. Megquire has 1917 Benjamin H. Mace 1881 and are elected in the District of Lincoln the whole number of votes returned agreeably to the provisions of the Constitution is
