Bill – to change the name of the second Territorial Parish in North Yarmouth, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – to alter the name of New Charleston, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve – respecting the managers of the Sullivan Bridge Lottery was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of George Reid & als came from the Senate amended so as to give the petitioners eave to withdraw, for concurrence and the House concurred

Report on the Governors Message of the 12th instant transmitting Resolutions of the Legislature of the State to Alabama, that it is inexpedient to Legislate upon the subject, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred

Bill – authorizing the town of Kittery to receive toll upon a bridge to be erected therein, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Bill – additional act respecting salaries of Judges & Registers of Provate, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence – and the Houses receded from their former votes and concurred.

Bill – additional to an act establishing Salaries for Judges and Registers of Probate, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence – and the House receded from their former votes upon this subject so far as to concur with the senate
