165 to be engrossed, proposing a conference and appointing as conferees on their part Messrs Williams, Churchill & Butman - The House insist upon their former votes, and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Swan of Portland, Pond of Bucksport & Cobb of Durham.
Resolve - respecting the accounts of the Managers of the Sullivan Bridge Lottery, came from the Senate, passage refused, for concurrence - and the House receded from their vote of 19th of January last passing this Resolve to be engrossed & concurred with the Senate in refusing the same a passage.
Mr McCobb moved a reconsideration of the vote passed yesterday refusing a passage of the Bill entitled An act additional to an act to regulate the inspection of Beef & Pork intended to be exported from this State - and the House assigned tomorrow at 10 oclock to consider the motion -
Bill - establishing Circuit Courts Martial, was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 1/2 past two oclock was assigned for a 3rd reading.
