Petition of Joseph Burrill for a grant of certain land on conditions by him specified, was read & referred to the committee on State Lands. Sent up for concurrence.
Petition of Moses Springer & als praying that aid may be granted to the Maine Wesleyan Seminary, was read & referred to the committee on Literature &c. Sent up for concurrence.
Petitions of the Selectmen of Lisbon to restore Cornelius Thompson to the town of Bowdoin " of Jedidiah Adams & als of Wilton to be annexed to Dixfield also Remonstrance of Joshua Randall & als agst the petition of Jedidiah Adams & als were severally read & referred to the committee on the incorporation of parishes &c. Sent up for concurrence.
