Petition of John Wiswell & als for a new County by the name of Waldo - " of Charles Hilman & als upon the same subject - " of Joshua Young & als of Starks to be annexed to Mercer - also Remonstrances of Charles Hillman & als agst being embraced in the new County of Waldo " of Joseph C Small & als of Unity upon the same subject - were severally read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns.
