Bill – to incorporate the Oxford Lodge, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – additional to the act respecting Inspection of lime & lime casks, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve remitting certain fees to the Secretary of the State was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve appointing an Agent to procure certain articles was read a 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve authorizing the land agent to convey certain lands laid on the table by Mr Winslow of Albion, was referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve on the petition of Luke Lambard, was read a 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate & as amended on sheet marked SS annexed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve respecting the Courts in York County, was laid on the table by Mr Hill of Buxton & then on motion indefinitely postponed.

Bill – to exempt certain goods & chattels from attachments & execution & from distress for taxes, reported in a new draft which was adopted, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in said new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – establishing salaries for Judges & Registers of Probate came from the Senate with sundry amendments for concurrence – and the House concurred in the amend-
