Bill – to enable the owners of Meeting Houses to manage the same was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a 3d reading.
Report on the petition of John Dole & als for a Lottery to improve the navigation of Sheepscut[?] River, granting leave for a Bill came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House refused to accept said report. Sent up for concurrence
