Bill – to incorporate the Proprietors of Ten Mile Brook Canal,
which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
The same committee reported as duly engrossed,
Resolve – in favor of the Cony Female Academy
-respecting a bridge between Kittery & the Navy Yard Island in Piscataqua River
which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
Messrs Lord of Kennebunkport & Wingate of Bath were appointed on the committee on Bills in the third reading instead of Mr Eveleth of Windham and Benson of China who have obtained leave of absence.
Adjourned until three o clock this afternoon.

Bill – additional to the act respecting pounds & impounding – was called up and referred to Messrs Quinnam of Wiscasset, Pratt of Freeport & French of Solon
Report on the petition of Silas Estes & als an order on the subject of changing the time of holding the session of the Legislature annually – that legislation is inexpedient, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - & the House concurred.
Resolve in favor of Samuel Foss, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
The committee on the petition of Martin Lincoln & als reported the following bill – and the report was accepted.
Bill – additional act respecting Executors, administrators and Guardians, and the conveyance of Real Estate in certain cases was read once & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a second
