The Committee appointed to receive and examine the returns of members, reported, that all the persons whose names are borne on Schedule A are duly returned – That John Winslow is returned from the Representative Class in the County of Kennebec, comprizing [comprising] Albion and Freedom – That Phinehas S Bennet is returned from the Representative Class in the County of Kennebec comprizing [comprising] Unity, Joy, & Burnham – That Daniel Emery is returned from the Representative Class in the County of Penobscot comprizing [comprising] Hampden, Hermon & Newburg [Newburgh] – That Noah K George is returned from the Representative Class in the County of Penobscot comprizing [comprising] Dixmont, Etna, Carmel, Newport, Levant & Plantation No 3. third range – That Joseph McIntosh is returned from the Representative Class in Penobscot County comprizing [comprising] Sebec, Maxfield, Williamsburg, Helmarnock[?], Brownville, Blakesburg[?], and No one, seventh range – that Abraham Thomas is returned from the Representative Class in the County of Hancock comprizing [comprising] Eden and Mount Desert – that John Sargent is returned from the Representative Class in the County of Hancock comprizing [comprising] Sullivan, Gouldsboro’ & Plantations No 7. 8. 9. 14 & 15 – that from the Representative Class in the County of Somerset comprizing [comprising] New Vineyard, Strong and Avon Nehemiah Hunt is returned – That Rufus K. Y.[?] Porder is returned from the Representative Class in the County of Somerset comprizing [comprising’ Phillips, Freeman, and Kingfield – That George Jewett is returned from the town of Bowdoinham in the County of Lincoln, Jabez Moury is returned from the Representative Class in the county of Washington comprizing [comprising] Lubec and Plantation No 11 and that Jonas Farnsworth is returned from the Representative Class in the County of Washington comprizing [comprising] Dennysville, Whiting, Cooper and Plantations no 16. 17 & 20. That none of the returns from either of said towns or plantations in either of said Representative Classes show that the inhabitants of said towns
