Resolve for the establishment of a fund for the promotion of learning referred in the House to the next Legislature and ordered to be printed in all the newspapers that publish the Laws of the State, came up for concurrence and the Senate concurred,

Bill authorizing a Lottery for the benefit of the Thomaston Coal and Mineral Company was taken, amended and passage refused

Mr. Parsons gave notice that he should tomorrow, at 10 oclock move for a reconsideration of the lest mentioned vote,
