Resolve providing compensation for certain officers of the Legislature came back from the House amended and the Senate adhere to their former vote, Sent down for concurrence
Mr. Butman, from the Committee on Military Affairs, on the message of the Governor and a communication from the Adjutant General reported a Resolve making appropriation for the purchase of certain articles for the use of the militia, which was read a first time and tomorrow, at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.
Bill to incorporate the Seven Mile Brook Dam Company; Bill authorizing a Lottery for the benefit of the Bridge at Sullivan Ferry as amended and Bill authorizing a Lottery for the benefit of Canton Point Bridge as amended, were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed.
