" of Simon Nowell and others for the location of the Judicial Courts in the County of York, at Kennebunk, referred in the Senate to the Committee on the Judiciary, came up from the House, non concurred in the reference to the Committee on the Judiciary and by them referred to Messrs White, Hutchings, Rollins, Farnsworth and Morrill with such as the Senate may join: the Senate reconsidered their former vote, concurred with the House and joined Messrs Stebbins, Butman & Pond.
Petition of Josiah Fowle for a grant of land and " of Joseph Kelsey and others for a grant of land, in consequence of the great loss sustained by the town of Guilford, by fire were severally read, and in concurrence with the House referred to the Committee on State Lands
Petitions of Bradbury Emerson and others of Lyman and " of E. Novis and others for the removal of York County Courts to Kennebunk. were severally read, and in concurrence with the House referred to the Select Committee on that subject.
