Ordered, that the Committee on Finance be instructed to omit in the tax act of the present year, on plantation number [underlined]one in the seventh Range ini the County of Penobscot the sum of four dollars and five cents - the title of the land ini said township being at this time in Commonwealth of Massachusetts & not subject to taxation - read & passed.
