94. Remonstrance of D. B. Bryant & als against the petition of the Inhabitants of Lisbon & Lewiston, referred in Senate to the committee on New Trials, came down for concurrence & the House concurred.
Reports - on petition of Jacob Sylvesterr 3d & als - - of Jacob McGaw & als - referring them to the next Legislature, came down accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill to annex Daniel Shaw to the town of Westbrook - which passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
Ordered that the select committee of this House to whom was referred yesterday the Bill entitled an act in addition to the several acts now in force to organize, govern & discipline the Militia of this State" be instructed to enquire as to the expediency of repealing the 5th section of an act passed February 25 1824 entitled an act additional to ana ct to organize, govern & discipline the militia of this State - read & passed.
