Petition of a Committee of Munroe that Elijah Low & als of Frankfort may be annexed to Munroe
Remonstrances of Abner Burrell & als " " Committee of Frankfort against said petition were severally read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill to incorporate the town of Alexander, was read 1st&2d time and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.
Bill to incorporate the town of Charlotte, was read 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.
Bill to incorporate the town of Baring, was read 1 & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.
Petition of Wm Slemmons[?] Junr & als for a law requiring use of broad rimmed wheels - - of Selectmen of Kingfield that the doings of said town may be made valid - - of Benjamin Orr & al Agent for Bowdoin College to repeal limitation act so far as regards Bowdoin College lands - - of Andrew Masters for an alteration in mode of giving Probate notices, were read & referred to Committee on New Trials. Sent up for concurrence.
