55 Bill repealing part of an act against Hawkers, Pedlars and Petty Chapman, was read once and Tuesday 25 inst. assigned for a second reading.
An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs Campbell & Green with such as the House may join a committee to consider what compensation ought to be allowed to the Lang Agent for his services & - and the House concurred and Messrs Treat of Bangor, Adams of Portland and Snow of Frankfort were joined.
Adjourned to meet at this place at nine o'clock tomorrow morning.
