The Committee on engrossed Bills reported a
Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State,”
Resolve on the Pay roll of the Senate,” and
Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives,” to be truly copied, and they were severally passed.

On motion of Mr. Stebbins,
Ordered that Messrs. Stebbins and Dunn be a Committee, with such as the House may join to wait upon the Governor and inform him that the Legislature have passed upon all the public business before them, and have agreed to adjourn without day; And that the Committee inquire of the Governor whether he has any further communication to make to the Legislature: sent down for concurrence: concurred and Messrs Dane, Cobb and McCobb were joined.
