Mr. Kelsey[?] from the committee, to whom was referred the Governor’s Message relative to the accounts of Samuel Call, an Indian Agent, reported a

Resolve in favor of Samuel Call,” which was read once and committed, and Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.

Bill granting the Saco and Ossipee Log Navigation company certain rights in Limington Bridge”, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read once and committed, and Tuesday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.

Mr. Parsons from the committee, on petition of Joseph D. Jewett & als. and on Remonstrance of Jacob Stafford & als. reported that the Remonstrants have leave to bring in a Bill: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: concurred.
