Bill to incorporate the Saco Iron Works Company”, came up with a further amendment, in which the Senate concurred, and passed the same to be engrossed.

Petition of John Moses & als. of Plantation called Bridgestown, that said Plantation, when incorporated, may be called Wellington,” committed in the House to the committee on Incorporation of Towns, came up for concurrence: Read and concurred.

Resolve granting a pension to Timothy Hall Jun.”

Resolve respecting Etna Bridge into the town of etna,” and

Bill additional to an act to secure to owners their property in logs, masts, spars and other timbers &c.” were severally read once and committed, and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.
