66 [1825 January 14] [Reports on Petitions] Mr. Green from the Committee on Petition of Abraham Lord and Ichabod Warren, Reported that the same be referred to the first session of the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.

[Committee on the duties paid on Commissions] On motion of Mr. Scamman, Ordered that Messrs. Scamman and Kelsey with such as the House may join, be a Committee to enquire into the expediency of altering the laws relating to the payment of duties on Commissions of Justices of the Peace and Inspectors of fish; with leave to report by Bill or otherwise: Sent down for concurrence, was concurred, and Messrs. Eaton, Fogg and Smith were joined.

[Petitions referred] On motion of Mr. Ripley, Ordered that the Petition of Aaron Cummings and others be taken from the files and laid on the table: Referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Parishes &c. Sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.

On motion of Mr. Green, Ordered that the Petition of the Committee of the town of Buxton be taken from the files and laid on the table; Referred to the Committee on Incorporation of towns: Sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.
