Petition of Jacob Southwick and others for a Bank at Vassalborough, was read and referred to the Committee on Banks and Banking: Sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.

Petition of Isaac Sturdevant and others for leave to build a Bridge across Presumpscot River at Martins Point, and Petition of James Russell and others to be incorporated by the name of the Waterford Canal Company, committed in the House to the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals, came up for concurrence, were read and concurred.
