Reports on petition of Henry Babb - on petition of John Spring & als - on petition of Paul Woodman & als - granting leave for Bills - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Committee - conduct of Door Keeper]

Ordered, that Messrs Parsons of E. Spring of S. & Fitch be a committee to enquire into the conduct of the Door Keeper of this House generally with authority to call for papers & on any persons for information they may think proper, & particularly relative to the suppression of certain papers sent to this House. read & passed.

[Report - New County in Hancock]

Report on petition of sundry inhabitants of Hancock for a new County, granting an order of notice, came from from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Bill - Sheriffs &c]

Bill additional to an act defining the general duties & regulating the office of Sheriffs & Constables, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - Compen. of Members]

Bill additional to the act fixing the compensation of the members of the Council, Senate & House of Representatives was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill additional to an Act to establish a Court of Common Pleas, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
