A message was received from the Senate requesting the House to send up the Resolve on the petition of Albert Newhall & others and the House concurred.
[Report - Fred. Howard & al]
Report on petition of Frederic Howard & another - granting an order of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
[Bill - poor debtors]
Bill, an additional act for the relief of poor debtors, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed as amended - Sent up for concurrence.
The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed, Bills, to incorporate the Casco Bank - respecting public shows & exhibitions - to annex certain inhabitants of Buxton to Standish - were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
