Report on petition of Joseph Williamson & others - granting an order of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - & the House concurred.

The committee to enquire what alteration ought to be made in the law relating to the punishment of crimes, reported a Bill - The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.
