Reports - on petition of Jason Thurston & als - on petition of Harriet Castafon - on petition of Thomas Parker & als - on petition of William R Ware - on petition of Selectmen of Portland - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Reports on petition of Jedidiah Herrick - on petition of Jonathan McKinne - on petition of William D Williamson & als - granting leave for Resolves, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.
Report on petition of Oliver Johnson - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Resolve on the petition of Sarah Pike & al admrs was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
Report on the petition of Thomas Stevens, came from the Senate referred to the committee on new trials for concurrence, & the House concurred.
Report on petition of Barret Potter, Judge of Probate for Cumberland County, granting a Bill - was read & accepted.
Bill in addition to the act passed the nineteenth day of March 1821 establishing the salaries of the Judges of Probate - was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
