[Resolve - distub. U.S. Laws]

Resolve for distributing the laws of the United States & for other purposes came from the Senate amended at A for concurrence - and the House concurred & further amended the resolve at B. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - Academies]

Bill additional to an act respecting Academies incorporated in this State, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Resolve - Mack Trafton]

Resolve in favor of Mack Trafton, was read once & tomorrow at 10' oclock assigned for a 2d reading & in the meantime referred to Hessrs Hutchinson, Nowell & Shaw -

[Bill - Shapleigh]

Bill to authorize the sale of ministerial lands in Shapleigh, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

[Bill - marks on Sheep]

Bill respecting marks on Sheep, came from the Senate nonconcurred - the House adhered to their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed.

[Report -]

The committee appointed to enquire what provision ought to be made to prevent buying & selling dormant titles, reported a Bill - read and accepted.

[Bill - dormant titles.]

Bill to prevent the buying & selling of dormant titles, was read once & tuesday next at 10' oclock assigned for a 2d reading.
