Bill to incorporate Washington Lodge, was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10' oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to set off a part of the town of Canton & annex the same to the town of Jay, was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10' oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Petition]

Petition of Nathan Lord Jun & al that the doings of the first parish in Lebanon may be made valid, came from the Senate referred to the committee on New trials - & the House concurred.

[Petition -]

Petition of Dudley Fogg & al to be annexed to Readfield, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns for concurrence & the House concurred.

[Bill - Min. & School Funds]

Bill respecting ministerial & school funds was read once & tuesday next at 10' oclock assigned for a 2d reading & referred to Messrs Cobb, Harnden & Leach.
