[Bill - Kilmarnock]

Bill to incorporate the town of Kilmarnock - was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[D. Wood qualified as Counsellor]

Agreeably to assignment the two Houses met in convention when Daniel Wood Esqr Counsellor elect came in & took & subscribed the oaths & declarations required by the constitution to qualify him for discharge of the duties of the office.

[Petition]

Petition of Joseph Whitney of Calais for certain lands in exchange for other lands heretofore granted him was read & referred to the committee on State Lands. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - Beethoven Society]

Bill incorporate the Beethoven Musical Society in Portland - was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - Maxfield]

Bill to incorporate the town of Maxfield - was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - Parsonsfield]

Bill to establish a ministerial fund in Parsonsfield - was read a 1st & 2d time tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Bill - Berlin -]

Bill to incorporate the town of Berlin - was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

[Bill - Greene -]

Bill additional to the act establishing a ministerial & School fund in Greene - was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - Burnham -]

Bill to incorporate the town of Burnham - was read a 1 & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Augsusta Deed]

The House was returned at the request of Mr Williams & only 139 members were found to be in their seats. That being a number below what was in the House when the vote
