Bill giving further power to Lewiston Bridge Corporation - was read 1st & 2d time and referred to Messrs Fillebrown, Isaac Adams & Pond.
[Committee - Trustee process -]
Ordered that Messrs Joseph Adams of P. Dane & Ruggles, be a committee to consider the expediency of authorizing Trustee process to be issued by Justices of the Peace - read & passed.
[Bill - Berlin]
Bill to incorporate the town of Berlin, was read 1st & 2 time, amended at A, and tomorrow at 9 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
[Report - Smith Baker & al]
Report on petition of Smith Baker & al, granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.
[Committee - new Counties alteration of County Lines]
