Mr. Dennett from the committee on petition of John Andrews, reported that he have leave to withdraw his petition : Road, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills reported a

Bill additional to an act establishing the Salaries of Judges of Probate, " to be truly copied, and it was passed to be enacted : also

[Resolve]

Resolve authorizing a Road to be made from number 4 north of the Bingham Purchase to the Baskahegan River, and it was passed.-

Mr. Dunlap asked and obtained leave of absence on Monday and Tuesday next.-
