Resolve on the petition of the President and Directors of the Cumberland Bank, was taken up and postponed till Friday next at 10 oclock.-


Resolve requiring Selectmen to return a list ministerial lands in their respective towns; passed to b engrossed in the House came up for concurrence, and was read and passed to be engrossed with an amendment; send down for concurrence: (concurred Feb. 11. th)


Bill to incorporate the proprietors of Calais Bridge, was read once and committed to Messrs Campbell, Wellington and McCobb.-

Bill additional to an act regulating towns, town meetings and the choice of town officers, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.-


Resolve in favor of the Adjutant General, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence.-

Petition of John Spring and als. to be incorporated by the name of the "Saco and Ossipee Log navigating Company", was read and referred to the committee on Turnpikes &c. sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

Mr. Witham from the committee on petition of George Crabtree and als. reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon to be printed in the Hancock Gazette and Penobscot Advertiser, sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-
