Resolve for the settlement of the line between the towns of Lyman and Alfred was read once and committed, to Messrs Dennett, Whitney and McCobb-

Bill additional to an act regulating towns, town meetings and the choice of town officers was read once and committed, and Tuesday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-

Bill altering the time of holding the Court of Session in York County, was read once and committed, and Monday at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-

Bill to secure the rent to lessors of mill privileges and House lots, was read once and committed to Messrs McDonald, Anderson and Witham, and Monday at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-

Bill respecting public public shows and exhibitions, was read and passed to be engrossed as in a new draft, sent down for concurrence : concurred Feb. 9th.-

Mr. Usher from the committee, on petition of Inhabitants of Monroe, reported that they have leave to bring in a Bill: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: concurred.-
