Mr. Wilkins from the Committee on petitions of Nathaniel Ingersol, of John Curtis, and of Henry Norton and als. reported that they severally have leave to withdraw their petitions : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: concurred. -

Mr. Anderson from the committee on petition of Joseph St. Jenne, reported that he have leave to withdraw his petition : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence; concurred.-

Mr. Usher from the committee on petition of Thomas Miller and als. of Bristol, reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon to be served on the Clerk of said town of Bristol sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-
