Mr. Wilkins from the committee on petition of the Trustees of Brunswick Academy, reported that they have leave to withdraw their petition: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred.

Bill to incorporate the proprietors of Dover and Elliot Bridge was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence: (concurred Jan. 30)

Bill to incorporate the White Mountain Stage Company, Bill to incorporate the town of Brownville,

[Resolves]

Resolve in favor of Daniel Rose and als. Resolve in favor of Theophiles Dow and Evis Ward, Resolve in favor of George Watson, and Resolve in favor of Moses Lowell, having been passed to be engrossed, and sent down for concurrence, severally came up concurred.-

Bill to annex a part of Buxton to Standish, which had been passed to be engrossed and sent down for concurrence, came up with an amendment : Read and committed to Messrs McDonald, Wellington and Whitney. -
