Bill to incorporate the Winthrop Bank was read once and committed to Messrs Wheeler, Anderson and Dennett, and Friday next at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading. -

Petition of Nathaniel Jordan to be exempted from Military duty, committed in the House to the Committee on the Militia &c. Came up for concurrence, and was read and concurred. -
