[1824] [January 24] [Report on Petition] Mr. McDonald from the Committee on the Petition of Edward Little and others, reported that they have leave to bring in a Bill. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Petition referred] Petition of Convers Lilly and others of Dresden for authority to erect a Bridge at Clancy's Ferry over Eastern River, was taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, &c. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[report on petition] Mr. Small from the Committee on the Petition of Alpheus Shaw and others and of the town of Falmouth reported that they have leave to withdraw their Petition. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Bill] Bill to establish Ministerial fund in Chesterville was read once and committed, and Monday at 10 Oclock assigned for 2nd Reading.

[Report on Petition] Mr. Wilkins from the Committee on the Petition of Henry Stewart, reported that he have leave to withdraw his Petition. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Bill] Bill for the benefit of the Gardiner Lyceum was taken up and recommitted to the Committee on Bills in the 2nd Reading.

[Resolves] Resolve in favour of James Campbell Esq. Resolve in favour of Theophilas Dow and Evis Ward, and Bill to incorporate the Portland
