Resolve confirming the doings of the town of Cornish, Resolve for the relief of the town of Minot Resolve making valid the massage of George Smith; Resolve on Petition of Jesse Page : Resolve confirming the doings of the town of, Newry: and Resolve on the Petition of John Lowell Administrator, which had been passed to be engrossed, and sent down for concurrence, came up severally concurred.

Mr. Whitney from the committee on the Petition of the town of Porter, reported that the Petitioners cause an attested copy of their Petition with this order thereon to be published in the Eastern Argus printed in Portland, three week's successively, the last publication to be sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature. Read, accepted & sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Bill to incorporate the proprietors of Kittery Point Bridge, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
