[1824] Petition of Alexander Rice and others, reported that the Petitioners have leave to bring in a Bill. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Reports on Petitions] Mr. Whitney from the Committee on the Petition of John Frost 2nd and others, reported that the Petitioners cause an attested Copy of their Petition with this order thereon to be published in the Kennebunk Gazette, three weeks successively, the last publication to be thirty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Usher from the Committee on the Petition of Ebenezer Williams and others, reported that the Petitioners have leave to bring in a Bill. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Dunlap from the Committee on the Petition of the Trustees of China Academy, reported that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their Petition. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence.

Mr. Steel from the Committee on the Petition of Nathaniel Cushman, reported that he have leave to withdraw his Petition. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Wilkins from the Committee on the Petition of Anthony Marchant, reported that the same be referred to the next Legislature. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
