[1824] [Reports on Petitions] Mr. Usher from the Committee on the Petition of Nath'l Smith and others, reports that the Petitioners cause an attested Copy of their Petition with this order thereon to be served on the Clerks of Plantations Nos. 14 and 20, thirty days at least, before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature. Read, accepted and send down for concurrence - Came up concurred.

Mr. Usher from the same Committee on the Petition of Stephen Clark, reports that the Petitioner cause an attested Copy of his Petition with this order thereon to be served on the Clerks of the towns of Trenton and Sullivan, sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence.

Mr. Wheeler from the Committee on the Petition of Melvin Stow and others, reports that the Petitioners have leave to bring in a Resolve. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Usher from the Committee on the Petition of Inhabitants of Plantations Nos. 8 and 9, reports that the Petitioners cause an attested Copy of their Petitions with this order thereon to be published in the Hancock Gazette and Penobscot Advertiser printed at Belfast, three weeks successively, the last publication to be sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
