27  [order concurring Banking Associations] to enquire[inquire] into the expediency of repealing the 2nd Section of the Act entitled "An Act to restrain unincorporated Banking Associations and for other purposes" passed the 13th: March h.(?) 1821, with leave to report by bill or otherwise. Sent down for concurrence and came up for concurred.
[Pet: of Rich'd Edgarly] [Geo Stevens et als] Petition of Richard Edgarly & others, to be set off from Limington and annexed to Limerick, and Petition of George Stevens and others praying for a New County east of the Penobscot river, were severally read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns, sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.
