inspection of butter and lard, with leave to report &c - and the House concurred and Messrs McCobb, Knight and Cobb were joined

On motion of Mr Fitch, Ordered that the Senate be requested to take from their files and send to this House, the Bill, regulating the right of the road" which passed stages the last session of the Legislature - read & passed.

The Bill last mentioned was laid upon the Speakers table, when on motion it was referred to Messrs Fitch, Gould & Sheppard. -

The report of the committee on the petition of George Lord & others, granting a bill - came down accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill "to incorporate the Trustees of the funds of the first Baptist Society in the town of Surry" was read a 1st & 2nd time and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

An order came from the Senate referring the petition of Daniel Faulkner & als for liberty to sell ministerial lands in Blue hill to the committee on the incorporation of Parishes &c &c - for concurrence - and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate referring the petition of Thomas Patten, to be annexed to Hampden to the committee on the incorporation of towns, for concurrence - and the House concurred.
