A communication was received from Samuel Cony, Adjutant General of this State on the subject of his enquiries in reference to the expence of a system of discipline for the Militia of Maine - which was in Senate referred to the Committee on so much of the Governors Message as relates to the Militia & sent down for concurrence - and the House concurred.
