On motion of Judge Ames, Ordered that a committee be appointed to examine the returns of the members and ascertain if a quorum be present - Read and passed and Messrs Ames of Bath, Russell of North Yarmouth, Parsons of Edgecomb, Gray of Bowdoinham and Nowell of Kennebunkport were appointed said committee.
