Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence entitled "an act ascertaining what shall constitute the legal settlement and providing for the relief and support employment and removal of the poor." In Senate Jany 16th 1821. Read and committed to the committee on so much of the Governors message as relates to State Paupers. Sent down for concurrence.
