[Bill - destruction of Bears & Wolves &c]

Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence, entitled "an Act to encourage the destruction of Bears and Wolves and other destructive animals."

Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 12 o clock assigned for a third reading and referred to Messrs. Smith of Wiscasset Francis of Leeds and Nourse of Orrington.

[Bill - Audita Querela]

Bill, reported by the Board of Jurisprudence entitled "an act relating to the writ of Audita Querela and the proceedings thereon" Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 11 o clock assigned for a third reading and in the mean time referred to the aforementioned Committee.

[Bill - writ for Replevying a person -]

Bill reported by the Board of Jurisprudence entitled "an Act establishing the right to the writ De Homine Replegiando, or writ for replevying a man" Read a first and second time and tomorrow at 11 o clock assigned for a third reading in the meantime referred to the Committee last mentioned.
